A Kent wedding at the Shepherd Neame Brewery Faversham

The Shepherd Neame Brewery Faversham is a unique wedding venue in Kent. I had photographed in the 15th Century function room before whereas for Janine & Richard’s wedding reception it was hosted in the larger and newer venue, The Old Brewery Store. Following a wedding ceremony in the centre of Whitstable at St John’s Methodist Church, it was a short journey to Faversham (although longer if you’re taking it easy in the back of a Rolls Royce).

For those outside of Kent, Shepherd Neame is “Britain’s Oldest Brewer and the site in Faversham is a working brewery. The weather for Janine & Richard’s Whitstable wedding was dry and bright but for wedding reception venues in Kent that offer a large indoor space in the event of rain, the Shepherd Neame Brewery Faversham and the Old Brewery Store is excellent.
